The first game between these two talented teams started off as a nail biter. Both teams matched each other point for point, and neither of them could pull away from the other. “CornDejo” was able to claim victory in the first two games, and it looked like nothing could stop them. But “Los Animales” was not going down without a fight. Both teams came out on fire in the first game and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. “Holier Than Thou” went on to win the first two games and took an early 2-0 lead in the championship. It looked like all hope was lost for “Sacks N Holes”, but they were able to pull off a miraculous victory in the third match to keep their championship dreams alive. Last night we wrapped up our Thursday night cornhole league at The Bank. Eleven teams started the season hoping for glory, and four teams came into the final night with a chance to end the season on top. Those hopes were short lived, as The Unicorns came in riding a steamroller, and cruised through the competition to emerge our Champions.
They wrapped up the season a perfect 10-0, after finishing last season 9-0-1. This season, they not only finished 10-0, but they won almost every single game in each match too! The only team that won a game was the Fun Bags, who lost to our champs 3-1 last week. This week, The Unicorns dispatched the Fun Bags 3-0 to move into the finals.
Our other semi-final bracket pitted the #2 Los Animales against #3 Get It On The Board. This was a tight matchup, with the two teams battling to a 2-2 tie before playing a deciding 5th game to see who moved on to face The Unicorns. Earlier in the season, Los Animales beat Get It On The Board, but this time GIOTB took the victory.
The finals were smooth for The Unicorns, as they continued their dominating season, winning 3-0 to win the championship.

#1 Seed "Modest Expectations" won each of their playoff games in 2 set matches. However, in the championship against #3 seed "Aka Batman" the 2nd set saw the duo get a little nervous when their opponent dropped 5 of of 6 straight bags in the hole, coming back to a 20-20 nail biter. 2 throws later, Modest Expectations walked about as champs with a 21-20 win.

"To the Moon" entered the playoffs with an undefeated record, and looked to stay undefeated after the Championship, but “Glory Holes” did not make it easy for them. The first game between these two talented teams started off as a nail biter. Both teams matched each other point for point, and neither of them could pull away from the other. “To the Moon” was able to claim victory in the first game, and they never looked back from there. “Glory Holes” and “To the Moon” both brought their A-game to the championship, and each game was very close. But “To the Moon” proved that they were the best team in the league by sweeping “Glory Holes” and winning all three games to become the champions!

It was the playoffs for Monday Cornhole last night, and it did not disappoint! “Feeling Corny” played “UPS and Browns” in the championship and it was a match to remember. Both teams came out on fire and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. The championship was tied at two games a piece and It all came down to the fifth and final game. “Feeling Corny” took an early lead in the final game, but “UPS and Browns” came right back and tied it up. No one knew who was going to take home the championship, but “Feeling Corny” was able to pull away at the very end and win the fifth game to become the champions!

Both teams came out on fire and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. The championship was tied at two games a piece and It all came down to the fifth and final game. “Wrong Hole” took an early lead in the final game, but “Plan B” came right back and tied it up. No one knew who was going to take home the championship. “Wrong Hole” was able to pull away at the very end with some clutch tosses to win the final game and to become the champions!

It was the playoffs for Friday Cornhole and it did not disappoint! “Omicronies” played “Beanie Weanies” in the championship and it was a match to remember. Both teams came out on fire and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. “Omicronies” went on to win the first two games and took an early 2-0 lead in the championship. It looked like all hope was lost for “Beanie Weanies”, but the they were able to pull off a miraculous victory in the third match and kept their championship dreams alive. However, “Omicronies” came out determined in the fourth game, and ended the “Beanie Weanies” hopes and dreams of a championship. “Omicronies” went on to win the fourth and final game and became the champions of Friday cornhole!

It was the playoffs for Tuesday Cornhole last night, and it did not disappoint! “Gone Fishin” played “Somewhat Subpar” in the championship and it was a match to remember. Both teams came out on fire and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. The championship was tied at two games a piece and it all came down to the fifth and final game. “Gone Fishin” took an early lead in the final game, but “Somewhat Subpar” came right back and tied it up. Game five hovered tensely at 18-18 after a couple wash rounds, which made it impossible for anyone to know who was going to take home the championship. “Gone Fishin” made all four bags while “Somewhat Subpar” made three with one left on the board to clench the win and claim the championship!
