It was a night to remember at Device! The semifinal games were amazing! “FLING THAT THING,” the #1 seed, had a strong season but was unprepared for what was to come and quickly lost to “Cornhub,” the #4 seed. In the second semifinal game, both teams, “Big Sacks” and “Sac Some Holes,” wanted the second spot in the championship game. For the championship game, “Cornhub” quickly took the lead, but “Sac Some Holes” was not giving up without a fight. Ultimately, “Cornhub” had something to prove! “Cornhub” went on to win the last two games and claimed their victory as the cornhole champions!

Last night we wrapped up our summer cornhole league at Highwater Brewing.
Here for the Beer entered the playoffs with an undefeated 7-0-1 record, the only semi-blemish a 2-2 against Cornhub.
In the playoffs, first they faced the Cornhole Queens, and they dispatched them 3-0 to move into the finals, with a rematch against Cornhub for the title.
This time, Here for the Beer was Here for the Win, and they cruised to a 3-0 victory to secure the title, capping off an undefeated season with their fourth title in the past six seasons.

The wind was howling but it did not deter Two Scrubs in a Tub from knocking down the field one at a time at the 3rd annual Spring Wing Fest at SRP Park. An open tournament saw 11 teams enter and only one come out on top. Never dropping a set, Two Scrubs in a Tub cruised to the semifinals where they were met with a stiff match. They did not bend though as they made their way into the Finals. With a close first match, the gloves came off in the second with a dominating 21-1 score to clinch the title and grand prize. It was the playoffs for Sunday Cornhole and it did not disappoint! “Holier Than Thou” played “Sacks N Holes” in the championship and it was a match to remember. Both teams came out on fire in the first game and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. “Holier Than Thou” went on to win the first two games and took an early 2-0 lead in the championship. It looked like all hope was lost for “Sacks N Holes”, but they were able to pull off a miraculous victory in the third match to keep their championship dreams alive. However, “Holier Than Thou” came out determined in the fourth game, and ended the “Sacks N Holes” hopes and dreams of a championship. “Holier Than Thou” went on to win the fourth and final game and became the champions of Sunday cornhole!

It was a night to remember at Golden Road! Both “Suck It Trebek'' and “Feeling Corny” came into the championship off a close win in the semifinals, just edging out their opponents in the fifth and final game. “Feeling Corny” lost to “Suck It Trebek” during the regular season, so they were ready to exact their revenge. The title game started off very competitive with both teams winning one of the first two games.“Feeling Corny” played their hearts out in the championship, and they didn’ make it easy for “Suck It Trebek”, but “Suck It Trebek” caught on fire in the third game and they never looked back from there. “Suck It Trebek” went on to win the last two games and claimed the title as the Monday cornhole champions!
